Karbo X1 Modular Cooking System
The Regular Size Griddle Module is designed primarily for the left side of the Karbo X1, where it integrates optimally with the right-side grill grate. In this configuration, the cooking surface alignment and airflow balance are most efficient, allowing a hybrid setup with one flat-top zone and one open-flame grilling zone.
While it is compatible with both sides of the grill, performance and fit are optimized when installed on the left side alongside the standard right grill grate.
Users may also purchase two griddle modules to replace both grill grates and create a full flat-top configuration.
