Karbo Grill LLC designs and manufactures durable outdoor cooking equipment. Due to the nature of our products, returns are limited and strictly regulated. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.


1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are considered final once shipped.

We do not offer returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Minor cosmetic variations

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • International customs processing


2. Returns Accepted Only for Verified Manufacturing Defects

Returns are accepted only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and video evidence

  • Retain original packaging

  • Provide proof of purchase

Karbo Grill LLC reserves sole discretion to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.


3. Resolution Process

If a manufacturing defect is verified, we may choose one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement part shipment

  • Repair guidance

  • Product replacement

  • Partial refund

  • Store credit

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only if repair or replacement is not feasible.


4. Non-Defect Issues Not Covered

The following are not considered defects:

  • Scratches, small paint marks, or surface irregularities

  • Heat discoloration

  • Grease stains or buildup

  • Wear from normal use

  • Damage from improper assembly

  • Damage from improper propane connection

  • Use with non-approved regulators or accessories

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Commercial use unless explicitly authorized

Any modification voids eligibility for refund or warranty.


5. Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Report within 48 hours

  • Provide photos of outer box and product

  • Keep packaging for carrier inspection

Failure to report within 48 hours voids claim eligibility.


6. Return Authorization Required

No product may be returned without written Return Authorization.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at customer expense.

If a return is approved:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Original outbound shipping cost will be deducted

  • A restocking fee up to 20 percent may apply


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase and only if not yet processed or shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

Pre-orders, crowdfunding orders, and distributor purchases are non-cancelable.


8. International Orders

For international purchases:

  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable

  • Refused shipments will incur return freight and handling fees

  • Customer is responsible for all customs documentation

International returns are generally not accepted unless required by law.


9. Chargebacks

Customers must contact Karbo Grill LLC before initiating a chargeback.

Improper chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of warranty

  • Account restriction

  • Legal collection of disputed funds

We reserve the right to submit documentation and pursue fraudulent claims.


10. Limitation of Liability

Karbo Grill LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Personal injury resulting from improper use

  • Damage caused by incorrect gas installation

  • Third-party modifications

Maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.


11. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Florida jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
