Karbo Grill LLC ships high quality outdoor cooking equipment directly from authorized fulfillment centers. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Select international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Processing time may be extended during:

  • Product launches

  • Promotional events

  • High demand periods

  • Holidays

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

We reserve the right to delay shipment if fraud verification or address confirmation is required.


3. Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated transit times:

  • United States: 3 to 7 business days

  • Canada: 5 to 10 business days

  • International: 7 to 21 business days

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Karbo Grill LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs delays, or force majeure events.


4. Shipping Carriers

We ship via major carriers including:

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • DHL

  • Other regional carriers

Carrier selection is at our discretion.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

If free shipping is offered:

  • It applies only to eligible regions

  • It may exclude accessories or oversized items

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotional shipping offers at any time

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Karbo Grill LLC is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing apartment or unit numbers

  • Returned packages due to address errors

If a package is returned due to incorrect address:

  • Customer is responsible for reshipment cost

  • Original shipping cost will not be refunded


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier:

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer

  • Karbo Grill LLC is not liable for theft

If you believe your package is lost:

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Notify us so we can assist with claim documentation

We are not obligated to replace orders marked as delivered.


8. Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos of the box and product

  • Retain packaging for carrier inspection

Failure to report within 48 hours voids eligibility for shipping claims.

We reserve the right to determine resolution.


9. International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customer is responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance

  • Refused shipments may incur return freight and handling charges

Karbo Grill LLC is not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees.

Tracking information will be sent via email once the order ships.

Orders may ship in multiple packages.

Karbo Grill LLC reserves the right to ship items separately if necessary.


12. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.


13. Limitation of Liability

Karbo Grill LLC is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect address submissions

  • Lost packages marked delivered

  • Consequential damages related to shipping timing

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.


14. Governing Law

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
